BMW of Fairfield Earned the CARFAX Top-Rated Dealer Award in Our First Year

The 2021 CARFAX Top-Rated Dealers received an average of 4.6 stars out of a possible five. This elite group of dealers is celebrated for their exceptional customer service. 

BMW of Fairfield has an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars possible on CARFAX. Customer reviews of dealerships’ ability to provide excellent customer service, quality of work, friendliness, fair pricing and overall experience are the factors that CARFAXs take into account in making their awards.

COVID-19 forced more buyers online to research their vehicle purchases last year. Adaptability to changing conditions was key to achieving great reviews from BMW of Fairfield’s customers. Things like offering complimentary service loaners, online service scheduling, home delivery and virtual appointments, among many other factors, made the difference.
